It’s been a little over a year since Communispace headquarters made the big move from Watertown to our downtown Boston office. While our space has changed, we’re still the same Communispace at heart, and we continue to pride ourselves on our fantastic culture. Celebrity look-alikes, a cafeteria designed to resemble Fenway Park, “Take Your Kids to Work” day and the annual Beard-Off have remained intact.

Since moving to our new office space, there have been even more opportunities for our nearly 350 curious and energetic Boston-based employees to have fun and learn from each other. We recently held our first company-wide Hackathon, where teams of Communispacers from every department worked together on various hacks, ranging from internal processes and employee development to potential new offerings for our clients. Beyond the Hackathon projects themselves, we were reminded of how valuable collaboration and togetherness is for our culture.

Check out the video below, of our hack-inspired “Communi-words” board, the most recent addition to our office and just one more way we collaborate and build on the great work of others here at Communispace. (Shout-out to Tania A., Kat L., Kristie L., Jason M. and Rachel O. for making this video possible.)
